Dr. Victor Flores is a dedicated Family Medicine physician with more than 16 years of experience caring for patients and families. He earned his undergraduate education at Baylor University before attending University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery for medical school. He completed his residency training at Ellis Medicine in Schenectady, NY. Dr. Flores was inspired to become a physician because he wanted to help his parents live longer, healthier lives — a passion that continues to shape the way he practices medicine today. He believes that truly listening to patients leads to the right diagnosis, faster treatment, and fewer unnecessary tests or referrals. His goal is not simply to mask symptoms, but to help patients achieve lasting improvement by identifying the root cause of illness, preventing further damage through lifestyle changes, and minimizing unnecessary medications whenever possible. Known for his compassionate and thoughtful approach, Dr. Flores sees his patients as family and cares for them the same way he would care for his own parents. He is committed to building strong relationships with patients and helping them feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, whether relaxing at home or taking simple outings together. He also enjoys household projects and unwinding with a good movie or sports game.
